I never sleep through the night. I get up and walk around at least 2 times every night. I can't remember the last time I slept all the way throught the night. I also have big problems falling asleep. I just lay there every night until I can't take it anymore. Is this considered Insomnia?

I am a second year student nurse and a middle aged Nurse in my team keeps trying to humiliate me in front of others by implying she thinks I am stupid as I used to be a model, despite passing all my exams with high marks and getting previous good results.It is affecting my confidence as it is really nasty now and personal. who else went to the V festival in Hylands Park Chelmsford? Who did you like, hate and did you get wet? Regardless of the NME reviews, I thought that Radiohead were awesome, as were Starsailor and the best for me of the whole weekend was Faithless. Good surprises for me were Hard-Fi , Bloc Party, Kubb, Gavin de GrawRazorlight and Kasabian. Disapointments were Morrissey and Paul Weller.
So go ahead, knock yourselves out, rubbish my question, my fav's or simply answer to the best of your ability. Cheers and have a good day.

Is it because they are "guys" and guys just want sex in general or it's not that simple.
And before you tell me I generalize, I've been friends with gay guys and yes, they do get laid more than their hetero counterparts!

If noone, what do the rest of us suggest or what does this forum plan for these sector of our society? They need to be heard too and this is by far the right medium.
