i think about my gf all day, miss her when we're apart, miss her voice after we hang up the phone, dream about her almost everynight, am i in love, or what? ( I think i am in love but not sure )

YES! You are DEFINATELY in love! I always thought that when you have a girlfriend, she is your "girlfriend" because you 2 are in love. Or maybe because you are close friends. Anyways, I can definately tell you are in love with your g/f because I am and I'm exactly like you; I can't stop thinking about her no matter what, especially now.
Careful, you may be getting obsessed with her as i did with my g/f, and she didn't like that, it creeped her out. Girls like attention, but not too much attention.
The problem is, love has a nasty habit of going rotten. It can screw up before you even know it. Often, you have no idea that anything is wrong until it is too late. I've screwed up a path that was nice straight and smooth by digging a HUGE pothole in the middle of that road. With my tounge.
Anyways, since you are in love, always keep this thought in the back of your head. It will help you avoid heart-break. It worked for me. Always assume that you will screw up something awful, or your relationship will go down the toilet, that way, if something bad happens to screw up your relationship, it won't be as big of a surprize and won't hurt as much. You should even keep that in mind when things are going 100% perfect. It worked for me!
She would really appreciate it if you told her much you think about her. Then maybe you would get closer to her...maybe not....i don't know.... but girls like to know that thier b/f cares about them and pays attention. Just don't overdo it like I did!

Dude Aim going to try to say this and try to sound as less gay as possible. You need to look in your heat and really think about it and find the answer out for your self. A bunch of people online won't help any.
