it's meant for sushi. but some snacks with wasabi taste good too, eg. macademia with wasabi, green peas with wasabi.

Sushi of course. The use of wasabi is actually to kill the bacterias that are common in raw fish or any other raw stuff.

sushi is the best, but you can also use wasabi for broiled chicken as a spicy seasoning.

I mix it up with ginger and soy sauce and stir fry chopped pork in the sauce.
Otherwise, just raw salmon.

raw fish with or without rice (sashimi, sushi, maki) anything else would be like adding ketchup on popcorn...(wait, that's not such a bad idea...)
