I live in arizona and I need to know where to get tested for bipolar disorder in the phoenix area. Whenever I try to look it up online all I get is the symptoms and info about medicine but I don't need any of that info right now, all I need to know is where to get tested and I don't have a specific doctor so I was wondering if there was a clinic or something like that that I can go to? Thank you for your help!

After a while my skin itches and burns slightly ? Is it mites ? When mite spraying; is it okay to spray the bird from a distance (15-25 cm). Does'nt the spray affect the eyes of the bird ???Ive read instructions and they say to spray like this .Will this bird infect another bird if it has minimal contact with the other ??

my best friend had a quincenera (sweet 15) and i never knew about it unitl she called me the night before, really late inviting me. but i had other plans. so my parents say that when she calls or if i see her at school to not talk to her because she did not invite me to her party evn though we are best buds since we were young. but another of my friend called me a few days before asking me if i was going to go to her party but i didn't know.
and when my best friend( the one of the party) called she told me that she didn't know she was going to have a party because it was a surprise and because it was just going to be her family there.
So what should i do? should i listen to my parents and not forgiving her for not inviting me. or should i still talk to her?

I'm thinking one bladder's worth, after a hard night of drinking, in a minivan's gas tank. Does it screw up the engine? Does it keep it from starting? Does it blow up? Or does it just not do anything at all?

I was reading earlier and I starting wondering... why the rib? why not a shinbone, or a hip?

My only guess is that you can live a normal life if you are missing only one rib whereas just about every other bone in the body would have a serious effect on you if you lost it... does that make sense?

Also, are there any archetypical/paganistic symbols or meanings associated with the rib? I can't think of any... but if anything had significance, wouldn't a rib?

If you think about it which is better, a family of a working dad, a stay a home mom and two kids which equall to one income feeding 4 person.

We hear so many people say that the older a woman gets, the more difficult it is for her to have a baby. Because of that, my wife is concerned and I'd like to have feedback from other women who have had babies past 35. Did you have complications? If so, what did you experience? What advice do you have for us? Anything we should do to increase our chance of having a healthy baby?

I have a couple of questions about the laws in california regarding assault and battery charges. Here is the deal. My 28 year old brother and his girlfriend went to california from north carolina to visit some family. They got in to a fight while at the hotel, the neighbor at the hotel called the cops. My brother went to jail. He shoved her and she hurt her ankle. He is currently being bailed out, has court on thurday, and is or was planning on returning back home (north carlonia) on sunday. Is assault and battery a feloney in CA, and what do you think the judge will do. Do you think they will keep in CA? Anyone delt with this before. Personally, I hope they keep his @SS. He has been in trouble one other time for assault and battery against my grandfather in 1999. Charges were droped if I remember right. Will that charge in 1999 that took place in north carolina show up before the judge in CA?. Thanks

when you are on birth control , once you finish the pack you wait 7 days so you can get your period right, ok well i finished the pack of birth control and i was on my 3 day of not taking a pill because i was waiting for my period. My husband and i had sex and we had a "accident" . the next day i get my period and it cuts off by the next day. Can i take a pregnancy test just after 2 weeks of our "accident" and will it actaully come up positive if i am pregant or would it be too soon to even take a test? what about a blood test?
