Urine is basically water. It will imediately sink to the bottom of your gas tank (remember science class where they told you water is heavier than petrolium products?) It will then be picker-up by the fuel pump. Which will cause your engine not to run because water will not power your engine. If you can find a way to use urine for fuel you will be a whole lot smarter than I think your question indicates.

RE:
Does urine in a gas tank do anything to a car?
I'm thinking one bladder's worth, after a hard night of drinking, in a minivan's gas tank. Does it screw up the engine? Does it keep it from starting? Does it blow up? Or does it just not do anything at all?

Yes, it is essentially equivalent to haveing a large cup of water dumped into your tank. Water does not cumbust. Therefore, your engine will run like crap. Try running some HEET with the gas to help neutralize it. Better yet, pump out the gas and designate it lawnmower gas.

Where do you people come up with this stuff.
No It does nothing. The volume of gas to urine is to great. In other words there it to much gas and it would dilute the urine down to nothing

Any water in the fuellines can cause a car to stall. Since the pickup is suspended a small amt won't do much harm ie 1-2 cups. Water can cause rust and clog the fuel filter.

No. It will settle to the bottom of the tank. Not good for the fuel system but I doubt it will cause any major damage. Note: you need to hang out with a better crowd.

Depends on how much gas is in the tank. If it is a full tank it shouldn't do much.

I have seen two different cases where it ruined the cars motor. I'm not sure why but but both cases the motor seized after running for a day.
