if a person leaves the restroom without washing their hands, its nasty? i have hand sanitizer that i put on after leaving. heres why:
1. the crappy cheap soap dries my hands.\
2. the purpose of washing your hands is stupid once you touch the door handle
so ive gotten dirty looks, but i do clean my hands. are people too stupid to realize this?

I have been having cramps all day today, and spotting(small bright red and more brown) yesterday and today. Someone told me its normal to have bleeding around the time of your 1st missed period. My spotting started 4 days after my anticipated period (which never came). I took 3 preg. tests and had the doctor take a blood test, all positive. Im just worried and wondering if anyone has any tips, or if they have gone through the same thing. Im very worried, and do not want to miscarry. Anyone know what the chances are of my miscarrying? Thanks in advance!

Use The Mental Health System like an Incredably sharp scalpel to slice and dice a persons life into tiny pieces and make him believe the only time he will ever see Freedom is when he is lying on his death bed in his own excrement waiting to die. These people can go onto any Military Reservation into any Defense related Industry and onto any College/University campus. They can hit you on the run and they can hit you at home. They tend to leave you alone if you are incarcerated however way.

My wife is an avid runner and I'd like to start getting involved. I'm in fairly good shape, I don't smoke or drink and am fairly active but the only time I run is when someone is chasing me. What's the best way to get motivated to start running and the best way to start off without killing myself? I don't really want to arrest in the first 5 minutes and make a fool of myself. Any tips on being a beginning runner would be appreciated.

PS, why isn't running a separate category or did I just miss it?

I am a new mom that has a hard time finding cute fabric head bands for my baby (3 mths). I decided to start creating my own. Now I have other people that are interested and will buy from me. I am also going to be a vendor at a craft show in the fall where I can sell them.

My problem is that I cannot find an easy way to create these. How do I get them to fit ? I know circumference of babies head based on how old. However, I cannot seem to be able to sew fabric on elestic so that they fit right. Some come out too small and others too big.

I would like to make both "smooth" fabric ones and "bunched" fabric. Maybe I am using the wrong fabric?

Anyone know a good pattern or have any ideas???

Hi-- I need to find some cheap or free software to create simple audio books. I think windows recorder only lets you do a short recording. Each chapter would be separate. Also, I have windows xp media edition, but don't know if that helps me. I would prefer to use something that is part of windows because it would likely be cheap or free. Also, looking for a really good text to speech (that don't sound like robots) and speech to text programs that are accurate and as inexpensive as possible. Tired of Microsoft Michael. We just rescued three stray kitten babies yesterday and noticed today they had a few fleas. We bathed them and picked out the fleas (5 total) even though I'm guessing they are more. We have a dog (who is on Frontline) so I'm not too worried about him. We threw out the blankets that we had given to the kittens, gave them a new box and new pillow...all that.

How likely is it that any of the fleas are on me and/or my boyfriend? I have long hair (but always tie it up) so I'm kinda freaking out here. Just the thought of fleas makes me itchy so I can't go by that theory...lol....We're just freaking out a bit.

Also, any suggestions how long will it take to get rid of all the fleas? Do you think we got rid of them all (I know this is probably wishful thinking)!

Please help! We're dog people, but we just had to take them in to protect and care for them.
