Depends on how the relationship ended If you think there is a chance, send her something VAGUELY romantic and MOSTLY funny. Start slowly. If you overwhelm her she may run the other direction. I am a hopeless romantic... wish you the best!

Maybe not a romantic card but something funny and add... "thinking of you fondly on your birthday" or something like that. If she's an ex you might want to work back into romantic.

I think it will be very thoughtful because I had my EX send me a card with flowers but I was already seeing someone and our relationship ended on bad terms but I was the bigger person and didn't hold any malice. I think it fine but keep in mind that does not guarantee u getting back with her.

If she broke up with you, I wouldn't suggest a romantic card. Maybe a 'thinking of you' card would be okay. Good luck.

You must have done something really bad if you broke up and really want to get back together.Do send her a card, but a funny or kind one. You must start from scratch on your relationship.

It might. She may be thinking the same thing..you never know.
If she doesn't already have a new boyfriend, I say go for it.
If iwere her, I would appreciate it and even consider..it all depends on what the reasons were for breaking up.

She's your EX for a reason. Did you break up on good terms? If you did you could try it. Maybe splurge on some flowers. If it was a bad break up maybe you should just move on.

depends why you broke up. if she thought that this relationship wasnt going anywhere (then no to the romantic card). if you broke her heart (again no).. so it really depends.

Send her a note telling her happy birthday asking her to call you. When she does, ask her out. Or (even better!) ask her to meet you someplace and ask her out there.
