She could be, but she is under no legal obligation to tell you that she is. She can have the child, tell you that it is someone else's, raise it for 18+ years, than file against you for retroactive child support for up to the whole time period. I've seen retroactive orders for up to $200,000 in the last 17 years. I volunteer with a father's right group. Consider this as regards every woman you've had sex with, protected or unprotected, since protection is not 100% safe.

You should have waited to take the test after she missed her period. Take another test but I would not trust the result. I have taken those over the counter both times I have been positively pregnant 4 test all together and all came up negative. We went to the doc and both times I was pregnant. Her back should not be hurting this early in the pregnancy if in fact she is, she may be peeing alot this early yet her body should not be changing noticably yet unless she is farther along. I dont believe in strange cravings I think that is all for show.

Buy her a test and have her use it.
Take her to a doctor and have them do a test.
either will work
I eat strange stuff all the time, I'm not preggers
I go to the bathroom all the time, not preggers again
my back hurts right now, not, well, you know

if shes that early in pregnancy, her appetite will not be affected quite yet, neither will her going to restroom frequently, and the back is a common ailment. If shes that early in pregancy, there won't be symptoms like those yet, at all. Sounds like shes pulling your chain, for whatever reason(s). Get a test and have her SHOW you the results. The proof is easy enough to obtain. If she were truly pregnant, she would have shown you the stick with the positive results, as soon as she had them. Think about it. Sounds like you're being played. Not uncommon by young women. Guys have their crumminess, women/girls have theirs. If you're gonna be a daddy, doesn't sound like you got it together, either of you. Always, always use protection, unless you just want to have kids, or get diseases. A friend of mine was just diagnosed with Herpes, nice huh, cause he didn't use protection. He'll always have it, it took one wrong person and now he's diseased, for life and you may be a daddy cause you couldn't control yourself? Brother . . . !
what a mess . . .

Nope.

Well, actually, probably not. Food cravings don't usually happen so early. Her back may hurt because of period symptoms. Go buy another pregnancy test and have her pee on it if she is late. Unfortunately, if you take the test too early, you will not get a good result. If she took the test before she actually conceived (conception can happen as late as three weeks after sex).

Peeing a lot doesn't happen at first, either.

With the back hurting, and peeing a lot....it may be a kidney infection. Have her drink plenty of water to flush her kidneys out.
You could always ask her to take another test, or have her go to the doctors to make sure!
It could be pms.

Hard to tell without a test. Get a blood test.

It sounds like she may want to be pregnant. It is hard to tell, but at 4 weeks I would not think she would be peeing alot. Has she missed her period?

Ask her to take another test or to see a doctor about testing her.

To be on the safe side, take a pregnancy test. But it could be just PMS

My guess is to have her take another test or ask her doctor because it could be from alot of things like being stressed out. knowing first worry later.
take care
