First of all, I could say that I would put it all in the bank and live on the interest. Or I could say that I would give a great amount to a charity. Or I could say that I would pay for my education. I could say that I could do many things, but before those I would probably hit up some new place to live because apartments aren't any fun. After that I would probably buy some things that I need (you know like a new bed or shower curtain or something) and then I'd put some in the bank (a good amount, let me tell you!). After that, I'd do the charity thing. What's the point in lying? Most people know they would think of themselves first!

I would pay 1,000,000,000 for a billboard that said "I had 1,000,000,000 and all I got out of it was this stinking billboard'. I would attach a cardboard box to it so it was homeless housing and therefore a charitable contribution so I wouldn't have to pay taxes on it.

keep a 5 mil or 10 mil and then take the rest and head down to New Orleans and pay a bunch of contractors to build a whole lot of those houses back to the way they were.
