I'm on a weight gain program because I've recently been very ill and lost 40 pounds, so the doctors have me taking in 2500 calories (WHICH IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE...my goodness). Most of my calories are coming from carbs and natural sugars, some unnatural sugars because that seems easiest to me...like fruit, sorbet, fruit juice, jam etc. but i don't know if that's healthy, or if that will put on "healthy" weight for me. I DONT want to gain all the weight back in just my stomach!!! I want to gain it back all over, evenly! So I was wondering if anyone had food reccomendations that help with that...and I know that a lot of you will reccomend excercise, and i know that...it's just that right now i'm still recovering and too weak to weight train, though i do a little bit of walking during the day. Any Advice?

I am in the process of buying a house. We did a visit and made an offer. After some negotations, the house is now under contract.
We revisited the property to check on a "Jacuzzi" listed as one of the facilities inbuilt in the property. We could not find any. I contacted the seller's agent, who first said she did not know and will have to ask the sellers. Then she came back saying there is NO jacuzzi, the seller never said there was one and it was a mistake on her (the agent's) part to have listed it. I understand a Spa/Jacuzzi is not a fixture and is a permenent fitting (like other plumbing,etc) which has not to seperately itemized like fixtures to be included in an Agreement of Sale. What should I do to NOT allow the seller and their agent to get away with False and Misleading ads on the MLS ? Has anyone gone through a similar situation, taken for a ride by slimy agents? Is there any site where I can read results of similar situations and their resolution? Thanks for your help.

Is the dress (link below) in appropriate for a 16 year old girl to wear to a Homecoming Dance. It is very flowy and hits mid-calf after the gold band. The V-neck is deep, but the back is not low at all. Please be honest. Thanks.

On my trip for a week to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I happened to see more wildlife than I really wanted to. This was in late June, early July On my second day, I saw a stingray/manta ray that was at least 4 feet from front to back and side to side, not including the tail/stinger. It looked orange under the water. Any idea what it was (maybe even species)? But on my 4th day, I got my biggest scare. I was swimming near these two teenage kids, who apparently were idiots. We were on our boogie boards, and had just caught a wave and was riding it. I started walking/swimming back and got back to the desired water depth (3 feet, more or less). By the way, I was on a red boogie board, not the smartest thing to do sense I kept on ly turning it over, which I guess sharks would think it looks like a y seal or something. But then the teenagers started hitting their board son the water, which I heard one time makes a sound like a hurt seal.

Are you crazy as this girl, I put gum in the girl's hair last week and today she kicked me in the balls, and then when i was on the ground crying she held me down and took a leak... in my mouth.
