Yes it can be heard in space. Nasa sent a probe out in space to capture sounds and numerous sounds have been heard from earth ,
music from the 50's , radio transmissions from beginning of radio to today's radio programs .
sounds of ham radio's and c.b's .
I personally have heard some ( I'm an Astronomer) and it's amazing . Truly astounding .
Also the galileo spacecraft picked up sounds from earth and bounced them back to the ARICIBO radio telescope facility. The place you see in the movie Contact actually . They discovered it was transmitting Earth noisefrom the radio antenna's that was on Galileo space craft .
That was a good question !

If the sounds are transmitted using radio waves, the answer is yes. Electromagnetic waves travel forever but they do dissipate with distance so eventually they can not be differentiated from the background radiation.
Could it attract aliens? Actually, for many years there have been broadcasts into space hoping to attract aliens. However, the closest star is 4 light years away and the large majority of stars are much much further away--hundres of light years, so it is doubtful that we will ever hear anything back in our life time.

As space is allegedly a vacuum and sound can't travel through a vacuum it follows that no natural earth sounds can be heard beyond the limits of the atmosphere.
Radio waves are something else.........
