Einstein's long sought frame of Reference?

You seem to be referring to a specific black hole in your use of the definite article "the",
"THE main black hole", "THE object at rest".

But,
There is no absolute reference frame in the universe. There is no "main" black hole. There is no object which is at absolute rest.

All measurements are made within a given reference frame, there are no absolute speeds or distances, it is all relative to the observer.

Wrong. If I spin a cylinder in space and stand on the inside, I am stuck to the inner wall by centrifugal force. Where is the point of origin of that force? If I lift myself off the wall a fraction of an inch, the force vanishes. If I take two spinning cylinders and place them perpendicular to each other, now I have two potential forces working in different directions, the sources of which are different.

There is no absolute frame of reference, unless you happen to believe in god.

If you make a statment and put a (?) on the end of the statement it doesn't turn into a question.
