I buy an picture in ebay but the usps broke the glass. ibuy it for 95 pluss 25 of shipping and 2.39 of insureance but in the post office they tell me they can give me only 50 dollars but they will have to send a claim if i want all my money is possible that i will get all my money back or only the 50 dollars

If you insured it for at least $95 and you packed it properly You Should get your money. If the packaging was not up to standards than you may only get a portion of your claim

If they will give you 50 w/o the claim and the rest if you file the claim then you need to go ahead and file the claim. Make sure you document the claim with appropriate receipts and a copy of the ebay page showing you won, price, shipping and handling charges. The main problem is that unless the picture has been ruined they will claim they only owe you for the glass and will pro rate it as such. I'd say if you can replace the glass for 50, take the money and run.

Depending on how it was packaged, you should get your money back. They will have to put in a claim & this could take some time.
Go ahead and process the claim. Maybe you'll get a surprise & they'll pay you.

They had better give a full refund. If they do not, I would suggest hireing a ninja assasin.
