For the past eight weeks I have increased my physical activities, decreased my "screen" time, terminated excess sweets, junk food, and processed foods from my diet, decreased the amount of meat that I ingest, and increased the amount of grains. According to my scale I have lost an estimated ten pounds, but I have gone up two pants sizes. Is that normal? If not, what might I be able to do to fix the problem?
