well my friend came over and asked me to look at her back.when i did there was a big huge purple lump with green bumps all over it.it was as huge as a hand.she said she went to the docters and they said they didn't know what it was.she says it herts,it bleeds sometimes,and she says it itches.what is it?

My girlfriend and I have been thinking about having a child in a few years but, I have some concerns about what the child might go threw having two mothers and no father also how to go about having a baby, vitro is very costly, and i herd that there is a chance of catching something with artificial insemination. im not comfortable doing it the old fashion way lol.. I am trying to get together a support group for the mentally ill. You hear of all kinds of support groups for loved ones who care for the mentally ill, but I have a mental disorder, and I would love to get a group going. I live an hour away from the cities. Is there a social worker that would be available to volunteer their time, twice a month. I am going out on a whim here. People think that if you are mentally ill, you are not capable of doing much. That is not true, and it is even harder for us to carry the burden of knowing we are mentally ill. Does anyone have advice on how I would go about starting a group, and how to bring people aware? Thanks...

Chariots of the gods (was god an astronaut)?

was written by Erich Von Daniken back in 1968.

Ive read it and it gives a lot of insight into our possible past including the roots of the bible.

But does anyone beleive in the alien thing it seems a step to far for me. Though i do have an open mind on such issues.

My best friend just moved away. I keep on trying to contact her, by e-mail, and she won't anwser.
I call her, and when her dad anwser's, he puts her on the phone and then she hangs up laughing. I don't know why she could be mad at me, but I'm really getting restless trying to contact her and find out what's what.

I think that many people continue to believe in a god because it gives them comfort; it’s an emotional response. It allows them to pray to their god and think that they’re actually accomplishing something. It gives them feelings of structure and meaning in their lives, and makes them feel connected. It helps remove the fear of death and nonexistence that most of us experience. Belief in the Christian god helps remove people’s fear of Christian hell that has been pounded into their minds. Belief in a god also makes the world more black and white, less confusing, and easier to deal with. But, is this any actual proof for the existence of a god? Is comfort a good indicator of the truth of external reality? I don’t think that it is. George Bernard Shaw said it best. “The fact that a believer is happier than a skeptic is no more to the point than the fact that a drunken man is happier than a sober one. The happiness of credulity is a cheap and dangerous quality.”

I am having trouble with my internet. I am usuing IE 6.0.2 and every time I open my browser, my home page changes itself to a anti-spyware advertisment page. I have run both an anti-spyware and ad-aware, as well as a full system scan with my anti-virus. Can anyone think of another way to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I apologize if the question sounds flippant, but I am sincere. If the process of evolution did not exist, then the vaccines developed 50 years ago should still be sufficient. However, they are not because flu viruses develop resistance and mutate into new species that did not exist 50 years ago. Scientists can trace the chain from the new species back to the old ones, thereby proving the evolutionary process.

However, if the evolutionary process does not exist, then why become vaccinated more than once?
