Having Trouble Removing Spyware Programs - HELP!?

I am having trouble with my internet. I am usuing IE 6.0.2 and every time I open my browser, my home page changes itself to a anti-spyware advertisment page. I have run both an anti-spyware and ad-aware, as well as a full system scan with my anti-virus. Can anyone think of another way to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

get rid of all of your "supposed antispyware" then run spybot search and destroy and NEVER click on any links from an email or advertising free things
