My best friend just moved away. I keep on trying to contact her, by e-mail, and she won't anwser.
I call her, and when her dad anwser's, he puts her on the phone and then she hangs up laughing. I don't know why she could be mad at me, but I'm really getting restless trying to contact her and find out what's what.

Maybe she's not mad at you she just doesn't want to be ur friend anymore. You should just forget about her and find new friends.

so its pretty hard to stay in contact.. but we manage
if she was your best friend i dont understand why she would do that to you.....

It doesn't sound like she's mad at you. I suggest you find another friend.
