It should have the meaning of DESPITES FACING ALL OBSTACLES, SETBACK AND CHALLENGES FROM EVERY DIRECTION, IT FACES WITH COURAGOUS SPIRIT AND STILL STAND STRONG. This is for automotive industry. i was kind of racing another car (both of us going over the speed limit) and we pulled up to a stop light. a cop appeared out of no where and pulled over the guy in front of me. do you think he took down my license plate # while we were at the light?? how do cops normally handle 2 speeding cars?
