Use ONLY apple cider vinegar for the sunburn, not white vinegar. If you do not take a bath, then use some cotton balls and dab them, soaking wet with apple cider vinegar, on your skin. You wil feel immediate relief from burning, though of course the soreness will remain.
When you take a shower or bath, use the least warm water you can stand. Do this for as long as the soreness and burning feelings continue. If you have the money and the time to do it, you can gently apply Noxema to the entire burned area at least half an hour before your shower. Just let the Noxema sit on your skin (if you are very sunburned, it will slowly melt off and soak in) for half an hour or so, and then take your not-warm shower or bath. Do NOT use a washcloth to remove the Noxema and skin residue, because a washcloth will really hurt; instead, just rub all over the sunburned areas with your hands.
Drink a LOT of caffeine-free liquids every day, and take 400 units of Vitamin E each day. Stay out of the sun for at least two weeks. Your skin is going to peel, maybe even two layers, so you will be sore for a while. If you can, use a skin moisturizer after every shower or bath. Good luck!

You need lots of liquids as everyone else said but for the burns... This sounds nasty but it will heal quickly and there will be no scarring! First get a washcloth and soak it in milk and apply it to the burns. The lactaid in it helps the burns. Next if you have blisters anywhere you have to get this powdered astringent (it's cheap) Called Domeboro it comes in a blue and white box. Follow the directions and apply to any blisters. next is the gross part... pick up a tube of "Nupercainal" dibucaine (dibucaine is the name of the cream, so if you drug store doesn't have the nupercainal brand just ask for that instead) okay the dibucaine SAYS it is for hemorrids, but it works MIRACLES on burns! You will cut your healing time in half. I have had 2 horrible second degree burns and followed what I just told you (which was suggested by my doctor) and I had no scarring and I felt much better in 2 days!
The sickness is from the sun poisioning I know from experience you will have trouble sleeping so I would reccomend tylenol PM something with a pain reliever and a sleep aid! Make sure you drink consistantly, I mean always have a big cup in your hand for the next 48 hours you'll pee a lot but you won't feel so sick I promise!
Good luck!

Try taking a cool bath or shower. Or place wet, cold wash cloths on the burn for 10 to 15 minutes, several times a day. You can mix baking soda in the water to help relieve the pain. (Small children may become easily chilled, so keep the water tepid.)
Apply a soothing lotion to the skin.
Aloe gel is a common household remedy for sunburns. Aloe contains active compounds that help stop pain and inflammation of the skin.
An over-the-counter pain medication, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen may be helpful. DO NOT give aspirin to children.
Do Not:
DO NOT apply petroleum jelly, benzocaine, lidocaine, or butter to the sunburn. They make the symptoms worse and can prevent healing.
DO NOT wash burned skin with harsh soap.

I've never heard of sun poisoning before, but I'd recommend putting a cold, wet towel on your burns. Get something to eat and lay down. OR, you could be dehydrated. When you're sunburned your skin is swollen and it takes water from all over your body. Drink lots and lots of liquids and when you can, purchase some clear aloe vera gel or an after sun lotion for topical treatment.

You probably have sun poisoning. As long as you are not getting ill you dont have to see a doctor. It will go away. I would say use alot of aloe and moisturizers, take a couple of cool showers and take some aspirin. I was sitting next to a guy on a plane once that was so sunburned that he was getting sick. It can be a very serious thing.

Be careful! Full moons can be VERY painful. On the other hand, a NEW moon can actually be very soothing if you are subjected to it's light on a very moderate basis. Now, what you need to watch out for is a "BLUE MOON", blue moons tend to be excruciatingly painful and almost fatal at times. In ANY event, if you experience any type of excessive discomfort, rub the affected areas with a liberal amount of a mixture of Vaseline and cucumber juice sprinkled with minced dandelion leaves. And then stay off the hallucinogenics...

I recommend drinking as much water,gatorade,powerade,etc.... as you can, and to use aloe vera or a product that has aloe vera to help you with your sunburn. Im assuming that the dizziness is from dehydration, but who knows.

You may be have sun poisoning or even suffering the late effects of a sun or heat stroke. I got really sick one time from a sun burn, fever and vomiting. Go to the emergency room and get that checked.
