An executive order is legislation by the president that bypasses the normal requirement to get congressional approval.

Bush has done this almost 800 times in the past 6 years.

So my question is because I honestly have no idea on this, is there any method available to the ppl or to congress to challenge such an order?

If not, does anyone know if they can be challenged as unconstitutional?

Last Night I dreamt I was at my friend's house for a sleepover or something. All of the sudden my friends starting crying so I'm like "whats wrong?" and my friend replied "I can't find my brother" we look all over this strange place (i've never been to in real life) and we found him dead on these train tracks. I started crying and I hugged him, which is freaky because I really hate him in real life. and I woke up crying and pretty depressed. what does this mean??

yep u guessed it, more scare mongering, this is what we pay our tv licence for, to be brain wased by the media mullah's. and the majority of us are falling for this endless sequel time and time again. god, I was thinking of hitting a west end theatre after work today but, l'll just watch this prepayed, theatre on the news channels. Tony blair is lucky he's on a beach somewhere, I bet he knew it was going to happen now so he booked his holiday a couple of days earlier, and he'll be back when the 'terror threat' is over, a bit like george bush on his ranch playing golf after 9/11. ive seen a couple places advertise them, just curious if anybodys done this and what the quality is like? Im new to burning movies, so taking on videogames would prolly be a challenge. and i know im gonna need some kind of mod for my PS2 to play them...is there a boot disk you can buy as opposed to a mod chip installed? I dont know where id even get one installed over here...any help be much appreciated from you guys that have done it.

Ouch it hurts its startied poking through and bit by bit ripping my gum and causing me pain, mainly at night. The area round is swollen and painful and I cant eat proper food. Mash is getting boring. Should I just get my toothbrush and in a painful frenzy brush all the gum from over the bits that havent poked through yet?
