Tony blair is lucky he's on a beach somewhere, I bet he knew it was going to happen now so he booked his holiday a couple of days earlier, and he'll be back when the 'terror threat' is over, a bit like george bush on his ranch playing golf after 9/11. Best thing is not to listen or watch the news at all. All it ever consists of is depressing stuff. Who needs it. Just get on with your own life - if anything really important happens someone else is bound to let you know.

well i tell ya my husband was in that airport yesterday when all that crap went down.almost gave me a heart attack till i figured out what was going on. and of course being American you can imagine the shite we got over here. first time my husband had been to his home country in 13 years and came home to that crap.did they really think that all the overreacting was necessary.heck in some states they called out the national guard here!
