usually you have to "release" before a woman can be pregnant. BUT, there are known situations where the "pre-release".(the moments before penitration. can contain traces of healhty sperm, that can infact cause a women to be pregnant. Sperm can stay in a women's body alive, for 5-7 days.

It could if you ejaculated, or pre-ejaculated while you were in there. Chances of prenancy also increase if it was the week before or after her period. If you didn't ejaculate you really don't have to worry.
