Southforty, you are the one who's 'out of limits' here. This is etremely public information printed on the unrestricted aero charts of the Exeter area and available in other unrestricted publications.

The government reaction to terrorists (treating everyone as a terrorist) is nothing more than a final level of absurdity to the notion that 'all are equal'. Until you start profiling people based on their ethnicity, the terrorists will always have the upper hand.

This is not restricted information. Go to any flying club and ask a pilot, its printed on all charts or in the, UK air pilot.
There are publications that publish this for enthusiasts
I used them frequently years ago whilst flying there but forgotten them.
