I've been having problems formatting time in excel so when I put in numbers in will automatically put the : in the time like 1200 entered will show up 12:00. But when I format under format cell, then time and then I click ok. But the numbers show up 0:00 no matter what time I put in. What am I doing wrong? even the regular time like 4:30 pm doesnt show up. military or regular HELP!!!!

I have a 6 month old puppy and we now have drak spots all over the carpet in places that he has peed and we have "cleaned" up with 8in1 Pet Stain remover. It SUCKS! We need a steam cleaner and good pet stain/urine/odor remover that works. Arm& Hammer doesnt work. Resolve is a pain. I need something easy to use and very effective. If it really works I dont care how much money it is. I hate the way my carpets look.

My Boyfriend and I got into this discussion somehow and both of us got answers ( I got off the web and he got it off the #311 info line) and still the answer is not solid because both of us got different answers.
