I have the record of all the checks that I mail to pay my bills. In addition, I carry a large balance on that card, and I have ALWAYS made the payments (double the minimum payment) on time. I thought i finally had paid it off, but then a bill came for $15; I didn't think much of it and mailed a check for $15. Next thing I know, I received another bill for $15 + late fee + my new APR (29.99% !). I called Chase, and after being given the run around, I was able to get in touch with a "manager", who was able to remove the late fee. They weren't, "unfortunately" able to do anything about the new APR, since "it is controlled by their computers". Is there anybody I can write to or speak to? I've had their card for several years, and NEVER been anywhere close to being late with a payment.

My ex husband and I divorced last year and although it has been very hard I have tried everything in my power to make sure that we have a good relationship now for our children. We were best friends before we got married and I want to be best friends again. I do know now that we should have never been married, he has too many issues and could not be faithful to save his life. I am in a new relationship with another man and although the two of them talk and seem to get along wonderfully and neither one has ever said anything bad about the other, my girl friends have me worried that my friendship with the ex is keeping my current boyfriend from getting close. Every now and then (mostly if he's been drinking) he will make reference to me still having feelings for my ex but when we talk about it he says he knows its not like that. I do still LIKE my ex husband, aside from being a cheat he's a good person and he is a wonderful father, he is just not husband material and never will be.

I dreamed things were not going well with my marriage. I felt neglected and that my hubby was only doing enough to say he was there like pay bills and eat dinner with me every night. Other than that my emotional needs were not being met and he didn't try to work on it. Finally I meet a guy that ends up proposing to me. He was wonderful, patient , understanding and he didn't rush me to make a decision. In my my dream you can divorce someone by just marrying someone else but you have to call the ex hubby or wife to let them know (funny, I know). So I decided to marry this guy and when I called my now ex hubby I was so sad and I felt sorry for him and just bummed out about the whole thing like I wanted to reverse everything. In my dream he was just kind of quiet on the phone but I don't remember much of a reaction after that, I think I woke up. What do you think this dream meant?

I feel like a school girl all over again, but here I go.
Both myself the guy i've been casually seeing for a little while now are both a little passive when it comes to relationships because we've both came out of serious heartbreak, him a divorce myself a broken engagement. Him a year ago myself 8 months.
So anyways, sometimes us doing something is like pulling teeth because we don't want to risk anything.
My question is how do I tell him that I'm getting attached and would like this to become more serious without pressuring him too much, since he's not been in anything serious since his divorce.

I layed a floor with rmc fibre screed 10 months ago and tested it with a protometer. I got a moisture reading of about 19% is this ok? The floor has been washed over with a pva solution to supress the dust could this have retained some of the moisture?

When the actual possesion of a radar detector dosen't cause you to break the law only possibly influences you, why are they illegal? If a government agency is monitoring you without a warrant shouldn't you be able to posses technology that could identify this to you?

I use to live in VA where they were illegal, I got 3 tickets, twice it wasn't even plugged in (if it's within possesion it is illegal by VA state law). I live in FL where they state government acts as it should according to the US constitution.
