...also, I currently use a pctv vision (software 5.7)...but the PCTV assistant fails in the last step of installation saying "test failed maybe no interrupt is assigned to your hardware etc.," and in the device manager under "PCTV capture device" it shows a yellow indication (in XP)...in properties - device is not working properly...please help

My brother is leaving for Iraq on Monday and I am ordering a set of 2 dog tage 1 with his last name on it and I can't think of what to put on the other tag. Hello everybody. I am getting ready to transfer to a bigger University, and I was wondering rather to live in the dorms, or get an apartment? Pros and cons of each? I hear that if you live in an apartment, you often don't make as many close friends; is this true?

I have a bet with my wife about when is it to late to call. I said anything after 9 pm is to late to be calling unless it is family or emergency but 9 is my cut off. She thinks 10 pm is ok. Excluding friends and family, what time is socially acceptable for calling until?

If God is aware of everything that happens why do we have to pray to him to do the obvious thing like save peoples live etc who are threatened with death or injury , is he watching what is happening like the suicide bomber walking into a market place full of women and children and only stops the bomber if some one asks him to change is mind and stop it ?. Why is it not against the law to drive while smoking while it is against the law (DUI) to drive while drinking alcohol. By the same token, pilots can smoke cigarrettes before flight but they cannot consume alcohol. After all beer is refreshing.
