I was wondering how you put your computer in safe mode and then take it off it, just in case anything ever happened to my new computer because i know how to do system restore and everything but i need to know how to put it in safe mode. THanks !!

When i erected, the head of the penis is still covered by the foreskin. is it normal? Do i need to put the forhead to reveal the head of the penis when i have sex? When i got "excited", i have difficulty pushing my foreskin to reveal the head of the penis since the head of the penis is too big to squeeze through. Can someone give me some advice on this? Any comments if i am using a condom?

My fiance and I are about to lose hope of ever getting married. Everything costs SO much money! We don't have a lot of resources considering most of all of our family and friends live out of state, across the country. We'd really like to plan a fall wedding and live in the Altanta, GA area. Money is tight and right now it's looking as though it could take years to save up enough to get married or the alternative of having to start our marriage in debt with a loan. We're paying for this all alone, our families cannot afford to help us any. Please, if you have any suggestions or tips, we'd really appreciate it! We're each going to have six attendants, which due to the number of siblings and extremely close friends we have is non-negotiable.

okay my bf and i have been together for a while, but hes changed alot, for example a while back he asked to hang out with his ex, then little did i know that she was single agin and had been texting my bf and telling him how much she missed him, then since he'd get out late hed be to tired to hang but then he would call when he'd get home and would aks me if he can go hang out with da boys and wouldnt call then i'd worry then we'd argue the next day cuz i wanted to know why he didnt call to klet me know he was okay. sometimes i feel as tho he takes me for granted and does not appreciate da little things i do for him, ive talked to him about how i feel towards the situations but he always says well that is your opinion now is it. hes been really rude lately i can t figure out what is wrong with him, he wont open up to me. i broke up with himn on sunday havent talke to him since im scared he wont came back, what should i do??!!

6 months ago my wife and I seperated, 2 months into the seperation she asked me to move back to help with our 2 kids, since then things have gone down hill, she is having affairs, doing drugs and staying out all night. Now she wants me to move out. Only her name is on the lease since she got thr condo when we were seperated. I feel as if I need to be there for the kids. She claims she is going to call the police to have me removed. Can she do this?? I am not physical with her, don't drink, work 2 jobs.

I have a pretty new window AC unit and have been running it all summer. The strange thing I've noticed is that its NOT leaking water to the outside like normal AC units. Every apt or house I walk by with an operating AC unit, I see water leaking/draining out. But not mine..which is strange.

I can hear water gurgling within the unit and occassional splashes so I know theres water moving around the unit...but I dont see any water coming out. I have my unit tilted towards the outside and have yet to see any water coming out.

Is this normal? I find it rather strange and wonder if I installed it wrong? Other than that, the unit works fine. I have a thru-wall metal sleeve in my room that my AC unit is in..not a window. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Paul Krugman, in a May 27 article in the New York Times titled "Stating the Obvious", wrote that "the gimmicks used to make an $800-billion-plus tax cut carry an official price tag of only $320 billion are a joke, yet the cost without the gimmicks is so large that the nation can't possibly afford it while keeping its other promises; ... The people now running America aren't conservatives: they're radicals who want to do away with the social and economic system we have, and the fiscal crisis they are concocting may give them the excuse they need."

Two days later, Peronet Despeignes, reporting in the Financial Times of London, wrote that "The Bush administration has shelved a report commissioned by the Treasury that shows the US currently faces a future of chronic federal budget deficits totaling at least $44,200 trillion [the deficit is currently at about six trillion dollars] in current US dollars."

That's trillion with a "T". To put that terrifying figure in perspective, Despeignes reported it to be the rough equivalent of four years of US economic output or 94% of all US household assets, and that "closing the gap would require the equivalent of an immediate and permanent 66 per cent across-the-board income tax increase."

The next day, on his Public Television show "Now", Bill Moyers was blunt. The Bush Administration, he said, kept news of this impending debt from the public "lest it throw the fear of God into Congress and the financial markets and cost them the tax cut for the rich." Moyers went on to say that "we are watching the country's future slip deeper and deeper into a black hole of red ink."

And two days after that, Noam Chomsky, in an interview on C-Span televised on June 1, stated flatly that the tax cut was calculated to lead to a "fiscal train wreck".

"At some point", Krugman wrote, "Bond markets will balk - they won't lend money to a government, even that of the United States, if that government's debt is growing faster than its revenues, and there is no plausible story about how the budget will eventually come under control."

But that's the very point of massive tax cuts: breaking the bank so as to kill social programs. It was a point made very well by Press Secretary Ari Fleisher when pressed on the issue. Congress, Fleisher said, would have to reform programs accordingly. He didn't say "kill", which would have been more appropriate.

Corporate America has spent billions lobbying for deregulation of its activities and for privatization of everything from the health system to education to national parks and forests to Social Security -- a situation that would lead to ownership and control by the corporate sector and a tiny handful of the super rich of virtually every aspect of society.

With no cash in the federal till -- due to massive tax cuts along with huge deficits, and ultimate inability of the government to borrow further -- there would no longer be much to argue about. The corporate sector would win by default, so that everything needed by the masses would have to be obtained through them at any price they would want to charge.

As the deficit balloons, the rightist program to privatize public lands is also moving right along. Free marketeer Terry Anderson, whose published plan to give each citizen "shares" of the public domain, said shares being sellable on the open market to those with the wealth to scoop them up, has been made President Bush's adviser on public lands issues.

Late last year, fellow free marketeer and Interior Secretary, Gale Norton, a product of the anti-environmental "Wise Use Movement", revealed plans to "outsource" to the private sector 3,500 jobs in the U.S. Park Service. This raised no eyebrows, and by January, 2003 the estimate had risen to more than 11,000 positions - an eyebrow-raising 72%. Soon thereafter President Bush revealed that as many as 850,000 positions, now federal, could become privatized. It was a declaration of war on public ownership and government by the people, framed as an argument for fiscal efficiency.

With country and culture in the hands of a very few, democracy perishes.

I tried making backup copies of my Dvd's on a program called Sonic, but it says that it can't copy it because it's encrypted!!!!!! Is there some other software that let's you make Dvd backup copies even if the Dvd is encrypted?

My 5 yr old is not circumsized and when he goes to the bath room the head of his penis blows up like a balloon, is this normal? Also when he was born his doctor had told me that when he turned 5 the skin would start to pull back but this doesn't happen either. I'm not as worried about the skin pulling back because that might happen when he starts to hit puberty but I don't know if it's effecting him when he goes pee. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Is this normal?
