Is there any way to train a four year old Boston Terrier?

We are at our wits end. We have a four year old Boston Terrier that refuses to learn anything. We have worked with him four the entire four years that we have had him (since he was 8 weeks old).
He is is house broke but the problem we are having with him is he has no attention span.
It is very difficult to take him for walks because he is always trying to take off from one of us to chase something even though he is on a choke chain.
If we take him outside to go to the bathroom, he just stands there looking around.
He wants to go for a walk everytime he goes out the door. I should mention that I am handicapped and use a cane so it is hard for me to walk him sometimes.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to calm this dog down so he is easier to handle?

Maybe I should leave them alone,what do u think?

I have a daughter,age 6.She doesn't go to school.There were many times I have left her alone and everything was OK.But I know it's illegal,so some other parents and I decided to alternate with looking after the kids.They are 5,George(4),Dinna(2),Gareth(6),my daughter Linda(6) and Mathew(3).I was at home with them for 3 hours,while the other parents went for a walk.In these 3 hours Mathew fell of the bed and broke his arm.George sprained his ankle,Dinna and Linda hurt their noses.When the kids are alone at home,these things NEVER happen.Maybe I should leave them alone.What do you thing?

How did you loose the weight??

I would like to hear from people who lost 100+ lbs, how they did it, and not just exercise and eat right. Menu's , exercises , supplements... I've been qualified for a gastric bypass but I am giving it one last shot to loose the weight myself. I know it's a change of lifestyle and exercise I want to hear from other's how they did it.

Last night I was having dinner with some guy friends, when a really pretty but *very* muscular (we're talking WWE here) girl walked in. You should have seen her arms. The first thing I did was turn to one of my friends and quip, "Now SHE could kick your *ss." And then four other equally pretty, very built girls walked in... followed by some of the HOTtest guys I've ever seen in my life!!! So... does this mean that women on sterioids are hot? I'm a little confused!

Anti -freeze to clean a restaurant freezer?

A restaurant here in Helena, MT has done that a no one is concerned. Is this a public health issue? Does the health dept. warn restaurants before inspections? This one did.

Why are questions that are offensive to the religious removed so quickly when?

Those that are clearly meant to be offensive to nonbelievers take days or are not removed at all? I have had a question removed and it was critical but was in no way offensive. I have seen many that are crude and hateful toward nonbelievers and they are not removed. If the wording was changed to Christians or religious it is pulled in a matter of minutes.

Who else hates the confederate flag?

I think the rebel flag represents slavery and a hatred of America. Nazism is the same way. I moved to the memphis area from texas. 1 out of 3 cars has a rebel flag on it or a Dubya (W) the president sticker on the rear window. This pisses me out so bad. How do you feel?
