probably the schlitterbans down here in texas...theyve even been on the travel channel multiple times. i would recommend the ones in new braunfels, galviston, and south padre

If you are meaning in NY, the best waterpark is Enchanted Forest Water Safari. It is in the Adirondacks at Old Forge.
