We have been dating for one year, though we have known each other a long time (8 years, we are both 24) and I feel like neither of us share what is going on in our internal worlds as much as we used to. I am guilty of this too. Even though we see each other fairly regularly, I am missing him. Sharing what is going on with me seems harder and more intimidating than it used to and I find myself shying away from doing so. I am afraid that we are losing our connection. When we spend time alone together, we have a lot of silences that feel comfortable at the time, during which talking feels forced, and afterwards, when the date is about to end, I have this sense of panic, like I want to pull him towards me, into the kind of interaction I want.

What can I use on a spot on the carpet to keep my cat from urinating there again?

I moved my cat's litter box to the opposite side of the basement from where I had it, and showed him where it is. He used it to defecate but urinated on the carpet in my office space. I know that he is likely to use the same spot again if I can't get rid of the smell. I can't go out and buy the product that I know works before next Wednesday so does anybody know of some household product that might work?

can u delete a message on myspace that you sent to someone before they get it?

ok sometimes on myspace i send things to ppl and i realise i really shouldnt have sent it. is there a way to delete the message i sent before the other person gets it? cuz i saw on the "sent" button by "post bulletin" they have messages and then it says delete. does that mean the person will NOT see the message?

Any way of making my insurance company replace my wet carpet?

My toilet overflowed today, and the water soaked the carpet on the 2nd floor of my home, as well as the hardwood on the ground floor and the carpet in the basement.

The insurance company wants to just dry the carpet and replace the underpadding. I am concerned that this wont be good enough, and i'll have mould problems later, and I am very allergic to mould. Is there any way to insist that they replace the carpet?
