Do constant requests for contributions get under your skin? Has begging in American gone too far?

they have to as bush keeps giving all our money and supplies to every country but ours.

Some people have a contribution taken directly out of their paycheck. As for has begging gone to far, well the problem I have is you give to a charities you want, then they sell the list of people who have given. Then you start getting calls from every other charity there is.

Because they don't consider whoever is asking to be important enough or the cause to be important enough. Yes, requests do bother me. I like to be made aware of who needs help and local charities but if I give money I'll give it without being asked. Typically when people ask (not counting things like Salvation Army Santas who stand outside of a store and are just there, not really asking individuals) I don't give.

I DO give at the office.
We pick a charity every year and it comes out of our paycheck.
