So I have this nasal congestion problem in which I can breathe fine in one nostril but the other nostril is blocked. Say the left is blocked the right one is fine. The wierd thing is that sometimes the congestion changes sides in a matter of seconds. For example, say my left nostril is blocked and my right one is fine, and I go to lay down on my right side, I can kind of feel something in my left nostril going to my right nostril and when I try to breathe through my right nostril it is now blocked and my left nostril is fine. Any help please?

I dont remember where I heard it. But I just remember it saying that sleeping with your legs elevated is a good thing and it helps with something. Is it? And what does it help with? B/c I don't wana do it if it won't help with something. Keep in mind that I have poor circulation, so I dont know if that will effect any thing.

We took Swift and Boo (goffins cockatoos) out to look at puppies earlier. They seemed to like the smaller white dogs best (there was a maltese and a pomeranian which each liked- though they couldn't agree).
Curious to hear what breed of dog and bird other folks have, and how they get along. (I heard that small white dogs can help cockatoos stop plucking somewhere).
