please im dieing to know

Black Bugs, long and kinda flat with pinchers on their butt-ends. Only about an inch long and shorter, die not long after they get inside my house. I keep a clean house, yet these things are constatnly getting in somehow. I want to know what they are and how to kep them out side and not inside.

I'm traveling to Paris soon. Thinking of staying at a hotel near Gare de Lyon. There is apparently a metro station near the hotel, but I'd sure like to hear more specifically what I'm looking for at the airport, what metro station to get off at, and about what it will cost. I don't speak much French, read even less.

A few more questions while I'm on a roll. Does anyone have thoughts on whether this (Gare de Lyon) is a "good" area, i.e. safe, reasonably close to city sights, local culture/things to see/places to eat, etc.

Lastly, I've read about multi day passes for public transportation. Would my airport-hotel trip be on such transportation -- if so, where do you get the multi-day pass, airport? online? Anyone know where I can find the costs (3 day).

Too wordy and rambling I know, but thanks for any input you can provide.

Solve: 4/x^2-2x-3 = [-x/x-3] [-1/x+1]
I have:
Step 1: 4/(x+1) (x-3) = [-x/(x-3)] [-1/(x+1)]
Step 2: 4/(x+1) (x-3) ÷ (x+1) (x-3)
Step 3: [-x/(x-3)] [-1/(x+1)] ÷ (x+1) (x-3)
Step4: 4 = [-x (x+1)] - [1(x-3)]
Step 5: 4 = -x² - 1x – 1x + 3
Step 6: 4 = - x² - 2x + 3
Step 7: x² + 2x + 1 = 0
Ok where did I goof up?

ive had it for a couple of days about 5 i have these drops and i take pain pills to help the pain i take the drops in the morning and at night same with the pills if it doesnt git better by monday my moms gonna take me 2 the docter but the pain pills dont help a lot with the pain all i need you to do is tell me some good tips on making it stop hurting so much thank you for your support
