Black Bugs, long and kinda flat with pinchers on their butt-ends. Only about an inch long and shorter, die not long after they get inside my house. I keep a clean house, yet these things are constatnly getting in somehow. I want to know what they are and how to kep them out side and not inside.

At first I thought for sure you had giant water bugs (their wings sort of form an X across their backs), but pinchers on their 'butt-end?'
Earwigs come to mind, but I've never seen one even close to an inch long.
Call a bug exterminator. They should be listed in your yellow pages.
