I started going at the end of my freshman year. When I went, there were only 2 more meetings after that, so I went to the last two. Then I also went my whole sophomore year. I really loved it so much. It was my escape from all the mean kids at school and people were more accepting. The last few meetings before the 2005-2006 youth group year weren't the best. My boyfriend broke up with me there. He said we'd remain friends, but he avoided me at the last few. We haven't spoken since mid March when it happened. That was the only time we'd see eachother. We never went anywhere else on dates. I hung out with a group of people he knew, and now that we broke up, they only talk to him. I felt so lonely after the break up. Other than those people, I don't really know anyone else personally. I would go with another friend, but sometimes we have to do group activities there and he and I might have to be partners and I'm afraid he will be a jerk towards me. Should I go when it starts in September?

i dont understand the logic behind the heaven and hell thing.
ok if you commit a sin and dont ask for forgiveness you could go to hell. and if you belive that jesus died yadda yadda you go to heaven

would you agree with me when i said that Humans are so unsignificant compared to "God"?

dont you think if god was so "perfect", he would understand that everyone is their own individual?

why would he send people to unbearable suffering for all eterity just for not being convinced into some organized practice?
and if he was so "perfect and all knowing, wouldnt he know that people are going to have their own opinions?"

That dosent sound like the "benevolent god" that i heard of.
Im sorry but when i try to be somwhat intrested in christianiy, i notice so many things that just turn me away, lol mabye since im only 18, i just still have alot of growing up to do ...whatever

anyway..can someone explain to me the logic of heaven and hell? thanks and have a nice day

I'll be graduating in December with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. I'm currently debating whether to go to grad school (whether I can afford to go to grad school) or to look for a job. I'm not sure what types of jobs are available for someone with less than a year of experience and only a bachelors degree. I'm most interested in working in a laboratory setting but I'm not particular as to the setting because I realize that any experience is a step in the right direction at this point. What's the best way to get started and to ensure a long future in this industry?
