Dont run away it dosnt solve anything. Depending on how old you are if you run away you can actually get arrested for being a runaway. Things might not seem right at home but our parents love you and they woudl be hurt. Take it from someone who knows. I dealt with the running away when I was younger. If I could go back I would have never done it.

I think many people wanted to do this at some time during their teens....I did also.I never acted on it and I must say I am glad I didn't!
Here's why............I had an argument with my mom and she totally disagreed on everything I was talking about....I was so mad at her........I went to my room.
After being mad, and cooling off a llittle, I thought about the situation and for some reason I thought my mom was actually right.......Then I talked with her a little more, and she made me realize she told me no a lot to protect me and for my own safety, etc.....It was tough growing up as a teenager.........I was told no probably 100 times to my 12 yesses.........(at least it seemed like it) Also, If you need someone to talk to try a minister, a relative like an Aunt or even a cousin.....who is a little older...They will know where you are coming from.......I started to keep a journal, like a diary, but not....It really helped me to write things down in (pencil) so I could erase later...( a cuss word or two)
I'm a Mom now and I sure wish I could help, but I can't......
Don't run away...........Maybe you and your parents can come to some kind of an agreement...........Good luck to you

Hay, I felt that way when I was younger. I'm sorry that you feel you must leave home. You must be experiancing some sort of problem. But if you under 18, I suggest you stay home unill you're old enough and finacially stable enough to move to an apartment. If the problem is with you're parents or siblings, Talk to your parents. You know, One on one. Pour you heart out to them. If not. Patience has its benefits.

think of any person (like a friend whose couch you can crash on) who can help or resource (like a savings account, or government assistance if your legal age) that you can use. sometimes stress can make you forget about these things.

if you have some money go to a net cafe or coffee shop, sleep in a park or other area your less likely to get hassled, squat in an abandoned building.... if you're desperate, go to a shelter, but they're usually more sketchy then staying on the street - and if you're underage and they find out, they might contact the authorities

stay safe =)

don't do it. I know things arn't great, but they are safe. If they're not even that, talk to someone outside the situation. A girl got kidnapped on my street. You don't want to be out, with no protection, on your own. I went to colorado this last summer and was having problems with my grandparents- so I moved out. I slept in a tent, in the backyard, for 3 weeks. it was 32 degrees at night, but the peace when I was with my grandparents was worth it. if you do do something like that, communicate openly, and stay in your backyard.

If you're that young to ask that questions, then you're too young to run away and the cops will pick you up and take you home when they find you (which they will).

Stay home and stay in school so you do not become a burden on society. We have enough derilicts on the streets to deal with.
