Only if it is old enough and has it's lungs... it is a unique question. Do you need to call a medical/help line? Check your phone book, front pages for urgent help...

An aborted fetus is deceased. Depending on how it was aborted doesn't really matter. Usually an abortion is done quite early in a pregnancy therefore the fetus is entirely too small to survive. It hasn't developed enough. Also when an abortion is done sometimes they give you a drug that stops the fetus' heart. That cannot be revived.

Probably not. Would depend on the age of the fetus, and the method by which it was aborted. However, abortion is not designed to save the fetus, just the mother, so the fetus is usually going to be totally unviable once it is expelled or removed.

NO you can't save it, its been ABORTED, Aborted means it is gone, deleted, not coming back, so there are not any methods you can do to save it! But of course you can always start again!
