Where do the man's and woman's hands go and what is the foot movement pattern?

There are 3 pairs of red & black wires coming out of the wall where a previous light socket was. I have installed lights before, however in this case there are more wires than required. In the previous light fitting the red wires were all contacting each other in one socket, two black wires where in another socket and the third was in its own.

How should I spread the wires across the new fitting, in the crimp? I have three sockets available (one for earth). Should I group the three red wires in one socket and the three blacks in one socket? Or should I put one pair of wires in two sockets i.e one red wire in one socket and one black in the other socket (one earth) and then tape the other wires up, individually, and shove them back into the wall?

NASA space programme and be an astronaut. I am serious about this. I have no idea where to start. Me mam will laught at me and me step dad will take the piss. Everyone round here is on income support. Some of the lads with brains in my school went to flying school at Barton..is that what I need to do? I would consider other careers too like RAF but NASA sounds so cool. I think the prettier chicks like it too. What can I do to make this happen?

I need to know a few things. first, i wear dark brown eyeliner(it's almost black) with light purple eye shadow and a bit of mascara. sometimes i wear a light blush. does that work? i have fair skin, blue eyes, blond hair. is what im using a bad conbonation? if so, or if you have any other suggestions can you please give them to me, cause i think i need a new "style" for my makeup, if you know what i mean.... ;)

After sitting for a while if I push mshoulders back and arch my chest I get a large back crack. Then I'm able to sit up straighter. Is this bad for the bad/posture?

Im 35 on permanent nights in an unfulfilling job.
I want to retrain in something like a Tiler for starters or Plasterer.
The world and his wife wants to be a plumber.
I have ususal commitments like mortgage and kids so i cant just quit to attend a full time course.
Has anyone any advice or even better has anyone in the same position manged to change career and therefore their future?
And like a lot of people i cant afford to drop money, even in the short term.
