I dont have bad acne but i have sandlike "whiteheads and blackheads" on my forehead. That should i do.? ami supposetopopthem? they look so small that i do not even think i can pop them. but they just wont go away!!! please help!!!

I think I'm addicted to sugar. I like candy, and ice cream, and cake, and chocolates, and anything sugary more than the average person. Like today, I had ice cream and a piece of chocolate for breakfast, I had some cake, had more ice cream later, and frosted flakes for dinner. Any idea on how I can curb this?? I HATE water with a passion, unless it's flavored, and has some sugar in it.

I need to leave but I have 7 children and no job or money of my own.
I can't take it anymore. 21 yrs of this. Tonight he smashed and crashed through the house because the icemaker didn't work.
He scares me.
Now my 3 boys have terrible tempers. My oldest (19) threw a cup of water across the kitchen because we were out of something he wanted.
Today my youngest (5) slammed down a bowl because he got mad at me. This is new behaviors for both of them! They have tempers like their dad, but haven't thrown anything or slammed stuff.

I need to leave before it's too late.
Their father has NEVER harmed any of us physically but inside he is killing us all.

How do I leave? I have no job, no house for 7 kids.
I would love to be able to make him leave but I don't know how to.
Please help me.

His wife (civilian) has currently started having alot of severe nightmares and wakes up in a panic, she does this a few times a week, and hes starting to lose sleep over the ordeal, and he was asking me if there was anyway he could get a discharge over this, hes thinking of having her see a few dotors, but if that doesn't help, and the problem persists could he be eligible for a discharge?
