You need to correct this problem by putting your dog in a smaller area, like the laundry room. Have him stay in this small area unless you are with him and watching his every move. Rub the dogs nose in it's urine and stool I know it sounds really disgusting but thats what we did with my dog within 3 days of that she quit and went outside because your dog is always inside after you rub the dogs nose in it's urine or stool show it where it is suppose to go to the bathroom. yeah! my pup used to do that too, except the newspaper part. dogs tend to pee and poop whereever necessary. its a habit they have. what you would need to do is teach your dog where it should poop and pee. if a dog knows where it should do that then they'd get into the habit of doing it there rather than anywhere.
