I am currently introvert. Tal less, Hesitate to talk to people in public gatherings, "What the other minds If I do this" attitude. I want to become an extrovert. I am 35. Can any one suggest me how to and what to do? Any tips/Books/Portals??

I want to enter checks for each month. I am trying to teach myself how to use this program. It is going slowly. I have asked the paper clip that turns into a bicycle how to accomplish this and one of us just isn't getting through to the other. I do know that there are demos and online help. I don't speak paper clip so, if someone could help me phrase my question correctly, maybe, just maybe, I can help myself. Thank you.

Q: i like a guy who is skater style i guess you would say. all his clothes are from EVO and Pacsun. My style is emo/scene/prep. does my style matter really? i'm emo and prep as far as the clothes go, and scene as far as the makeup. he actually thinks my makeup is pretty skillfull...but does style really matter?

My son Isaac is turning 4, and has his annual Well-Child Doctors visit. This round, he will be getting 3 immunizations.

He isn't deathly afraid of the doctor (ie, kicking, screaming, crying). But when we go, it has always been for his baby sister. So he always clarifys the WHOLE drive there that "Doctor is for Leah, NOT for Isaac, just Leah" He says that over and over again.

I told him casually that next week, it will be Isaacs turn for the Doctor. He is already objecting. I don't even know how to bring up the fact that he will be getting 3 shots! He saw his sister get 2 of them last week, and so he knows they are NOT fun. But I don't want to just "not tell him", then surprise him horribly in the end by holding him down forcefully so they can have at him!

Do any of you have some suggestions on how to prepare him well? Are there any books you would suggest?
Is this going to be a losing battle anyway? LOL!
