I tore my PCL in my right knee about 2 months ago, it's healing good enough, although a little too slow for my liking. I didn't have to have surgery because it healed so well but I still limp for a bit and I can't straighten it all the way yet. I usually put a pillow underneith my knee or calf when I lay down on my stomach at night.
I plan on getting back into a trade job in the future, I enjoy the workouts when I get into working my butt off. I worked for a General Contractor for years so I'm versitile but I am worried about getting out there and hurting myself for good.
What I wanted to know is will I be able to go running or workout in the future once it heals all the way?

My husband & I had sex last night during my week off the pill. I should have my period within a day or two.
