Probably you need to update your windows media player.....

The problem could be with the Player, sistah.

May I suggest that you download and install the Klite Mega Codec Pack that comes with the Media Player Classic? It'll play any video in the world.

well you don't have a high enough speed internet. try choosing a lower quality for the movie if possible
