I have this friend and we've only known each other for about a month or two and I don't like him how he likes me. He wants me to be his girl but I think of him as a friend. I told him in so many ways that I don't want to date him..I even came out and just said it. He won't give up he calls me and asks when are we gonna be together..and calls me all the time and I tell him you are my friend I don't think of you that way but he says you know we were ment for each other one day we gonna be together.I even tryed avoiding his calls but if I do he calls more and more I don't know what more I can do

Does racism on the Internet have a different impact or "feel" than racism encountered in society or the "real world"? Some have said that societal racism is covert now, no one says it to your face, but the Internet allows more overt forms due to anonymity. Is this true?
