sounds cliche ish but to attract the love of your life you need to be in a "place" in time where you love yourself the most.
like attracts like. if u love yourself, you will attract people who equally love you.

You don't know if s/he is actually the love of your life. It depends on the person. If the person goes for personality, it's your personality, if it's your looks, it's your looks, so on. Honestly? Just go talk to the person and you should be fine.

Put yourself in a situation where you'll meet women of your own age socially.
Different types of clubs like ramblers, sports, social etc. not night clubs though as most people in them are drunk.
