our spirit possesses quality/trait making it incapable of hatred, greed, jealousy, anger and unforgiving? If yes, what is it that it lacks taking and doing in our body only to be mangled with all the egoistic traits?

Our spirit is like a sponge. Feed it faith and it will exude faith.
Feed it hate, fear, evil and it will exude hate, fear, and evil.

the soul is a witness. it is not a created thing or separate from God. it is from God's command. the body and mind are illusion. people believe they are the body and mind... that is the ego. they must believe they are a soul - shapeless, formless, timeless and free in order to discover their true self. Satan's job is to make people believe they are the body and mind, therefore seeking to please only the body and mind always. The soul has no desires. But if someone always ignore their soul, they lose it and must burn forever. When one discovers their own soul and lives in it, they gain paradise now and forever. Discovery of the soul comes from discovering the Creator.

Yes it is true. Our spirit that is Life itself, pure love, .... is perfect.
All so called sins are coming from the mind, not the body. But the mind by itself has no power at all.It is dead without the spirit or soul. In this knot of soul and mind the soul is enslaved to the mind.
The nature of the mind is to analyze, measure, he is creating the filing of time and space, this so called reality, etc...
All you can see is nothing but waves. It is our awareness on this sea of waves that is producing this so called reality.

Jesus Christ is what it Lacks, our spirits have free will but can chose do evil or good in this realm.......ego is of the flesh and the flesh can be strong to feed the selfish ego,what ever it desires..which is living without Christ, living to Death...we are our own spirit and we have free will to deny the flesh and this worlds ways to live forever for Jesus,or we can let the ego or flesh control us and be cased in to Hell fire forever more......the choice is ours....... hope this Helps...
