I recently heard on the news that some town was going to put up a statue dedicated to draft dodgers. Do you think this is right? I personally don't see why they need one.

Four years ago I loan 2000.00 to my son and his wife and ask them to give methe title for his truck to hold for the money that was ok and they was to pay me back a 100.00 a mo until it was paid off and his wife kept putting the payment off or paying once or twice every 3 mo and never paying it off and every time me and my husband went over they had a lot of new stuff and say her mother had bought it for them or for the kids witch I new better this went on for a wile and the note was to be paid off june 2004 and of corse it was not and so About 5 mo ago I had found out that she had went filed for a lost title in 2004 and I have the Orignal title that they had gave me to hold for the loan of the money and after she had gotten the new truck title she took it to the bank and put it up on a loan at the bank and now I can't see the Grandbabies and none of our family eathernot even the Grate Grandmother only the wifes family is alowd so we are being punished for their wrong doing? MS.

I have taken the car in for all its' scheduled maintanance like clockwork, and I use the recommended fuel. The dealer has actually gone over the car during my last two scheduled visits and cannot find anything that is causing the problem. The sound seems to be getting louder, and the car sometimes sounds as if it is going to stall. They have replaced the air filter and belts etc. They have put the car on the computer. The car has been taken out and driven by 2 of the mechanics. They have assured me the car is fine, but I just have this thought of having engine problems in the back of my mind. I have had really excellent luck with Subaru vehicles in the past, my last one had over 180,000 miles on it before I had to have any major repairs done. Can anyone give me any ideas what to do next. Would taking it in to a different Subaru dealer make any difference? I do know that engine noise tends to be louder in this model of vehicle. The noise is not affecting the performance. Thanks

As a courtesy, at the gym where I exercise, you're supposed to clean off the machines you have just used so that other people don't have to deal with your sweat. There are spray bottles of cleaner and towels all over the place.
Today, there was a lady on a treadmil near mine, and when she finished she just got off it, and went to another piece of equipment without cleaning it off. It was so gross--I could see her sweaty handprints all over it! Yuck! She didn't clean off the second piece of equipment she used, either.
I wanted to say something to her, but I didn't know what, and I didn't know if I should. It just grosses me out. There have been times when I have gotten onto a treadmill that was still dirty, and it's disgusting.
What could I politely say the next time I see somebody use equipment but not clean it?
BTW, nobody came along to use her abandonded treadmill, so when I got done I cleaned it.

I have a border collie/mini aussie shep and she is good off the leash when I'm doing something with her but when I want to just let her go to the bath room she trys to take off and well I need a answer to make her stop runing. I'm very nice to her. But she just can't be alone....she always comes back but I'm scared becuase of the cars and she could be anywhere so please help me.
