I don't have a clue why an omnipotent god would feel the need to change his laws and contracts with you, but say he does it again. Say he changes his mind and says:
"I made a mistake with the Jesus covenant. You are all just too nice and tolerant (sarcasm font). From now on I want you to go back to the covenant I made with the Hebrews."
Will you follow? Would you obey the Old Testament word for word, even the parts with animal sacrifice and slaughtering non-believers? If you say no, then why do you still obey some of the laws of the original covenant but not all of them?

Hi, during my search for "the right" religion for me, ive came accross modern paganism. I think it might be very interesting stuff! But there is so much info about that, im a bit confused. Where should i start? what should i do first? Is there someone who would like to help me? I live in Slovakia, so i dont think there is a possiblility to join other like-minded people, as this is very catholic country :-(

The man thought about it for a long time. Finally he said, "Lord, I wish that I could understand my wife. I want to know how she feels inside, what she's thinking when she gives me the silent treatment, why she cries, what she means when she says ‘nothing's wrong,’ and how I can make a woman truly happy."

The Lord replied, "You want two lanes or four on that bridge?"

Personally, I smoke 40 a day. I just LOVE to smoke. But what I don't understand is people who smoke, say, 5 a day. What's the point? You're getting all the critisism from assholes who like to inflict their point of view on anyone who'll listen, but none of the benefits.

Also, I smoke Marlboro Reds, a proper smoke. Why do people enjoy Lights? Don't even get me started on Silk Cut, it's liking smoking fresh air.

Here is the deal.. My dad can't drink due to his health and offered to let me have a bottle of whiskey he has. It is supposedly Jim Beam and was aged 50 years before being bottled in the mid 60s.. I haven't seen the bottle to confirm any of this.. What would you do? What should I do? Drink it?? Sell it?? Tell him to keep it?? Keep it as a bragging token??
