So, my husband and I are traveling to London this fall from Houston, TX. I don't want us to go over there looking like a couple of country bumkins. What are the fashions over there for young 20 somethings? What should we avoid wearing so we don't look like tourists? Is it dumb to wear something with the union jack on it? Detailed tips would be greatly appreciated.

I am talking about getting sonograms and ultrasounds to find out the gender of the baby and if it's not what you want, then you abort it. I think it's terrible. This is being done daily in India and China. They don't want girls. The population of men to women in India is definately not equal. There are many more men than women and they are even trafficking wives in for the men. They are wiping out whole generations of women. Gender selection should be illegal. What do you think?

there is no physical evedence that the 4 wheeler even exists. two guys saw him walking down the road and picked him up by his neck (he weighs maybe 100 pounds) and threw him into their truck and then dumped him out at my grandma's house. he wants to file assault and kidnapping charges but he is scared of these guys. the only evidence they have are a few witnesses that say they saw him. he has a reciept from kash n karry at the time of the theft. can he get access to their cameras or does it have to be done by an officer? it has been 5 days and my brother He's 18) is scared to go anywhere because he doesnt want to run into these guys, they live in his neighborhood. my brother knows who stole it, but the police wont listen because of the witnesses. the 4 wheeler has not been recovered. any help is greatly appreciated.

I want to hear from the world out there. Can you accept an expecting parents who go for detailed ultra-sound scan on the foetus to ensure the baby is normal, and if it's not, you abort it right away? Can people really kill a life that they themselves created? Just so that what they created will not become a burden to them in future?

Are Yahoo Answers and its
participants aware that there are many Q.s and A.s here, that are tantamount to practicing medicine, or law, or some other profession, without a license, based on training, credentials, and other qualifications?

Like if a guy asks what he can do for his out-of whack and painful back injury?

I doubt anyone would "get arrested", but State Licensing boards could and might file suit against Yahoo for encouraging this sort of thing, and try to get an injunction that might shut down this site, or severely restrict its content.

Did anyone notice in the episode "Mr. Monk and the Actor" which aired this last week, that there was a very naughty word used? It was right at the beginning when the camera fell out of the bears head. When the guy tried to grab the camera away from the girl he said, "Give me the g**damn camera." I was shocked and played it back with the closed captioning on and sure enough....that's exactly what he said. Anyone else bothered by this? I think I'll write a letter to the producers.

Firstly, the Israeli-Palestininan conflict is NOT A WAR!!

It is a Genocide and Police State Brutality!

Simple:

Palestine is not a NATION, nor even a STATE!!

It is just a region within OCCUPYING Israel.

When Israel bombards Palestine, it is Police Brutality, not War!

But, without a STATE, there is no LEGIT "Palestinian" Army!!

Have you learned enough?

Well, kids, look on your MAPS, yeah, Palestine doesn't EXIST!!

Has ANYONE found Palestine? No, no, oh, you found ISRAEL alone.

So, what does that mean? Israel is bombarding "Palestine" means that they are just bombing civillians and civillian locations like refugee camps, TV stations, etc!!!

Why don't we EVER hear about this "Palestine" nation on CNN despite it being in the "center of a conflict," huh!? Because if you saw this craphole of a nation that was blown to hell by Israel is a shame to the world, because the UN failed this country, and the US made it worse!!
