So, my husband and I are traveling to London this fall from Houston, TX. I don't want us to go over there looking like a couple of country bumkins. What are the fashions over there for young 20 somethings? What should we avoid wearing so we don't look like tourists? Is it dumb to wear something with the union jack on it? Detailed tips would be greatly appreciated.

I reported you Natalia NEMANIC. Not everyone from Texas has a "country accent". You should learn some manners, and try not to be so rude.

IT DOES DEPEND ON YOUR STYLE
if u r so worried about looking like a tourist then i suggest not wearing a backpack or a waistpack when walking around. or worse, those chunky winterish jackets, u know the big ones from columbia or anything that is similar to that. dont wear a camera around ur neck.

since ur so worried u should try to wear trendy clothes, if u cant afford it, then try normal clothes, (tshirt and jeans) london is a big metropolitan city, so try going to stores like H&M in the states WHICH carry decent affordable, somewhat stylish clothing. id say average but, u dont wanna spend a lot of money on a new wardrobe especially when ur traveling anyways. since u care about getting the "london style" u might as well get one dressy outfit, for going out and bring a 2 casual outfits and 1 trendy to london and buy the rest of ur clothes in LONDON.

it is nice and sunny in london coz it is summer so femele can wear skirts, t-shirs with a nice belt. wear 3 quaters trousers, nice sandles or just funky flipflops.

male - people of here take thier t-shirts off when its really hot and most of the people really hate it. lol no one want to see thier flabby body, it's different if u r fit. but still dont do it.
jeans, t-shirts, just funky clothes. hair done up with hiar jel to keep the hold.
